Perform Government Compliance Audits We will field audit your materials and procedures, including Plan Documents, SPDs, Form 5500, Nondiscrimination Testing, COBRA and HIPAA. NewCorp will advise you of any technical issues or potential liabilities with your program and recommend corrective action.
Complex Employee Claim Intervention Employee claim issues cost employers in the time necessary for staff to resolve these matters. Also, privacy issues come into play due to HIPAA privacy regulations. NewCorp will act as a HIPAA Business Associate to your plan.
